The secretary of Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has made some important announcements on Saturday in Tezpur. Prabin Chandra Sarma, the secretary said candidates must fill the forms for their HSLC examination through online. He also said that SEBA will come up with a provision of re-verification of the Admit-cards for the HSCL examination.

The secretary also mentioned a major change in the examination rule. “Candidates must use black ink pens while writing the answers and no one will be allowed to write the answers with blue ink pens,” he said.

Regarding fill up of forms, the SEBA secretary also made an important announcement. The registration fees for the examination will be free for the candidates coming from BPL family. Candidates from the families with annual income less than Rs. 1 lakh will be able register for the examination without having to pay any amount of money.

He also said that candidates from open schools must have to fill up the forms separately.
