Renowned Indian artist Sonu Nigam has called the propagation of Muslim Azaan as 'Gundagardi'.

The morning call to prayer from a mosque disturbed singer Sonu Nigam during his sleep, making him lash out about the "forced religiousness" on Twitter.
God bless everyone. I'm not a Muslim and I have to be woken up by the Azaan in the morning. When will this forced religiousness end in India,” Sonu Nigam tweeted.
The 43-year-old singer wrote, “I don’t believe in any temple or gurudwara using electricity To wake up people who don’t follow the religion. Why then..? Honest? True? Gundagardi hai bus.”
He went on to tag Maharastra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to look into the matter.
