32nd Guwahati Book Fair to be held from Dec 22

Another good news for all the book lovers! The city is ready to host the 32nd Guwahati Book Fair at the Assam Engineering Institute (AEI) playground from December 22 to January 2, 2019, organised by the Assam Publication Board.

According to a statement, this time Assam Publication Board and Sahitya Akademi will jointly organise a 'National Youth Writer Conclave' as part of the book fair in which hundreds of writers of national and international repute will take part.
The conclave will be held with a two-day long schedule.

The inaugural session of the conclave, which will be presided over by Dr Dhrubajyoti Borah, will be attended by Madhab Koushik and Nivas Rao from Sahitya Akademi.

"Writers like Sujata Sahani, Satyamangal Mahadev, Mahammad Sarfaraz Peri, Swamik Ghosh, Sanghita Syanal, Sneha Sabnish, Anil Pratap Giri, Souri Swari, Apramya Misra, Rupesh Kumar Jha, Jagdish Singh, Shiv Bodhi, Maid Rushidi, PV Swaji Kumar, Samiksha Lashwani Peshwani and few others will take part in the conclave," the statement added.
