In an encounter between the Special Cell of Delhi Police and Rajesh Bharti gang, four criminals had been killed and one criminal along with six police personnel had been injured in New Delhi.
Reportedly, the encounter happened in South Delhi's Chhatarpur area; the criminals allegedly opened fire as soon as the police arrived at the spot.
The leader of the gang Rajesh Bharti has been termed as a habitual criminal by the police and had a reward of Rs 1 lakh on his name.
At present, the area has been cordoned off.
