The flood situation in Bangladesh has worsened as monsoon floods claim four lives in Moulvibazar’s Komolganj Upazila.
At least five people have been reported missing.
It may be mentioned here that thousand others have been displaced in floods since June 15.
Bangladesh Army has started search and rescue operations in the flood-affected regions; five food shelters have also been opened.
Moulvibazar Deputy Commissioner Md Tofayel Ahmed informed that 143 tons of rice have been allocated for the areas affected by flood.
