Acting on confirmed information regarding the movement of NDFB (S) cadres in the Indo-Myanmar border, a joint operation was conducted by Red Horn division and Dao Division of the Indian Army on December 02.
Nine cadres including four female members were arrested during the operation.
According to reports, the group of militants was based in that area for advanced training.
Arms such as AK47, AK56 along with pistols and some important documents were recovered during the operation.
