Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan said on Saturday that he has tested COVID-19 positive. The 77-year-old also informed that he has been taken to hospital, and that the test results of his family members are awaited.
Taking to twitter, he wrote, "T 3590 -I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited."
As reported by media, he is admitted at the Nanavati Hospital.
In his tweet, the superstar also added, "All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested!"
