More than 19 lakh people have been left out and over 3.11 crore included in the final National Register of Citizens (NRC) list in Assam which has been published on Saturday.
Expressing dissatisfaction over the final NRC, Abhijeet Sharma, who heads Assam Public Works (APW) wrote in his facebook handle that "Congratulations to the saviours of the illegal intruders…as of today, you've been successful!
Sharma will soon address a press conference in this regard.
