The final consultative meeting with all the stakeholders to discuss the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB ) under the chairmanship of Home Minister Bamang Felix to be held on Wednesday.
"Considering the sensitivity of the issue, it was decided to have a final discussion with all the stakeholders together and forward the recommendations arrived through to the Union Home Ministry," a statement from the Cabinet Secretary said.
The Pema Khandu Cabinet on Monday decided to have a final discussion with all the stakeholders on the controversial Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB), which is likely to come up in the winter session of the Parliament.
