In a joint operation carried out by the Excise Department with Golaghat Police have seized a huge amount of Arunachali wine from three trucks (UP-23-D-4827), (UP-21-CN-5626) and (UP-21-BN-9405) at the Marangi region in Golaghat.
As per reports, the trucks were carrying around 5000 cases of Arunachali wine, which worth was around Rs 50 lakhs.
Police have already seized the trucks and registered a case in this regard and started an investigation for more details.
