Several road accidents took place in the state on Wednesday night leaving three dead and more than 20 injured in different places. A truck was hit by another truck in Sapjuri in Bokakhat. The handyman of the truck bearing no AS-01GC-2841 was injured in the incident.
Anotheraccident took place at Saktola in Darrang district when a vehicle hit a bikeleaving one dead. The biker who died on the spot has been identified asHemchandra Deka.
Inanother incident, one Purushottam Das was died on the spot at South Salmara inAbhyapuri when a vehicle hit the bike from the backside.
Onthe other hand, a Swift car has hit a light post at Nomati in Jajori leavingthree persons injured in the accident.
InMorigaon, one person has died on spot when an unknown vehicle has hit a bike. Thedeceased has been identified as Manab Medhi.
InKarimganj, 10 accidents took place in different areas leaving 15 injured whilein Dhoopdhora, two vehicles collided with each other leaving eight injured inthe incident.
