Assam recorded 1178 fresh cases of coronavirus infection while 982 recovered patients were discharged on Sunday informed health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
32384 patients were discharged to date and 105 patients have succumbed to the disease. The low positivity rate is at 5.91 %
The state tally of active cases has climbed to 10,412 and the total positive cases so far have been 42904.
