In a recent development, there has been a reshuffle in the Agriculture Department of Assam. The changes have been made by order of the governor of Assam.
The changes made are listed below:
Dr. Ashish Kumar Bhutani, IAS (RR-1992), is posted as Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Agriculture Department, with effect from 11/10/2021. He is also posted as State Project Director, ARIAS Society, as additional charge vice Vinod Sheshan, IAS, proceeding on medical leave.
Anant Lal Gyani, IAS (RR-2011), Secretary, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Departments and CEO, MMS CMSGUY and Project Director, Assam Infrastructure Financing Authority is also posted as Director, Agriculture, Assam as additional charge vice Vinod Seshan.
