Assam Silk Industry Entrepreneur Dilip Baruah Succumb to COVID-19

The founder of Rudrasagar Silk Limited, Sivasagar, and an entrepreneur of the Assam Silk industry Dilip Baruah died on Wednesday night at around 11.30 pm due to COVID-19.

Baruah was under treatment for few days and succumbed to the disease yesterday.

On the other hand, another COVID-19 death has been reported in Bilasipara. The deceased has been identified as Deepak Rabha of Ward No 5 at Bilasipara.

Rabha was under treatment at MMCH in Guwahati and succumbed to the disease on Wednesday night.
