Voters hold protest outside polling station number 189 in Basirhat, allege that TMC workers are not allowing them to cast their vote. BJP MP candidate from Basirhat, Sayantan Basu says, “100 people were stopped from voting. We will take them to cast their vote.”

Meanwhile, Voters protest against north Kolkata BJP candidate Rahul Sinha during his visit to a polling booth.

Reports have violence has emerged from Barasat’s Deganga constituency–booth number 66 and 67. Voters accused some Trinamool Congress workers of hurling bombs.

Bombing in West Bengal’s Mathurapur, villagers blame TMC

As phase seven of the Lok Sabha polls is underway, bombing has been reported in the Mathurapur constituency’s Raidighi area. The villagers blame the Trinamool Congress for the violence.
