Ahead of the BTC election, General Secretary of disbanded NDFB (S), BR Ferrenga, on Tuesday formally joined the UPPL in Kokrajhar. Former ABSU president and UPPL leader Pramod Boro welcomed Ferenga to the party in presence of thousands of UPPL supporters.
