An alleged rape of a girl studying in class 7 has put Chirang into shame.
According to reports, a 60 year old man identified as Nisan Narzary has been accused of committing the heinous crime.
However, complaint has been filed against Narzary who is still absconding.
With police investigation on more details awaited.
