Assam registered 127 new coronavirus related cases on Friday, adjusting the active caseload to 3493.
The new cases were detected out of 21002 tests conducted today, with a positivity rate of 0.60%, and Kamrup Metro reported 43 cases. The active cases stood at 1.63 %.
Meanwhile, 149 patients were discharged today, taking the recoveries to 209936. The recovery rate now stands at 97.90 %.
So far, the state's total caseload is at 214432.
