In a major breakthrough, police has been successful in arresting the prime accused of the Dabaka gang-rape incident. The prime accused has been identified as Abdul Alim alias Alimuddin.
Acting on a tip off, a team of Dabaka Police led by Jiyaur Rahman, on Friday night carried a search operation to nab the culprit from Assam-Nagaland border's Siding area.
Earlier, the young girl was gang-raped in Dighaljarani area under Dabaka police station on Wednesday. The miscreants raped the girl and recorded the whole incident.
Notably, police had already arrested four miscreants involved in the incident.
