At a time when ASEAN Foreign Ministers and world powers including the United States, China and Russia, have come together for a regional security meet in Bangkok, many small explosions had been reported from at least three locations in the city on Friday.
According to police reports, the explosions were caused apparently by home made bombs which also injured two street cleaners in the Suan Luang district .
Thai police informed that investigation is underway. Reportedly, some of the explosions were heard at a government office and others near central Bangkok.
