The office of the accountant general (audit) Assam has lodged an FIR in Basistha Police station against a senior auditor for obtaining
As per reports, Gokul Sharma, presently serving as Senior Auditor in OFFICE OF THE ACCOUNTANT GENERAL (AUDIT) ASSAM, has secured the job in the Supreme Audit Institution by submitting forged degree certificate. Sharma claimed that he was a student of Shridhar University, Rajasthan and obtained the degree of Bachelor of Arts in 2014.
In a written statement, Shyam Mandal, Registrar of Shridhar University, Rajasthan clarified that "Mr. Gokul Sharma (Enrolment No. JILBAGEN00032577) is not our student. The attached documents are not genuine".
