The second cleanest city Ambikapur after Indore plans to use the plastic for construction of roads. Mayor Ajay Tirkey said that the café will operate from the city’s main bus stoppage. The state already has such road made of plastic bags by mixing 8lakh plastic bags. The roads are constructed with plastic bags as the mixing of plastic and asphalt is durable because the water does permeate through it.

Such a great initiative by the Chhattisgarh municipality to make it a plastic-free state which leads to a healthy environment and at the same time the hungry people will also get an opportunity to feed their stomach.
