The girls outperformed boys in Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 results which were declared on Wednesday. The pass percentage of girls is 93.31 while that of boys is 90.14 percent.
The overall pass percentage in the examination is 91.46 percent.
There is an increase of 0.36 percent in comparison to last year's 91.10 percent.
A total of 2.23 per cent of students or 41,804 students have scored more than 95 per cent marks in the examination.
