In a decision that should bring relief to the State government employees, Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has taken a decision to pay full salaries to the government employees for the month of June. He instructed officials to pay full salaries to the employees for the month of June.
"I am pleased to share that complete salary of Assam Government employees for June will be released on 1st July. Despite the apparent challenges and financial constraints, we're trying our best to ensure least problems for all. We highly value your patience & understanding", the Minister wrote on Twitter.
