Govt Ensured That VIP Culture Does Not Overshadow Vaccination Drive: PM Modi

Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi on Friday at 10 PM addressed the nation after India achieved the 100 crore vaccination mark where he said that the BJP led government has ensured that VIP culture does not overshadow the vaccination program and everyone is treated equally.

PM Modi said that India created history on October 21 by achieving the 100 crore vaccination mark. This is the new India.

PM Modi said that this achievement belongs to every individual in the country who made it possible for the nation. He also congratulated every citizen for this feat.

PM Modi during his speech said, "100 crore vaccine is not just a number… It's a new chapter in history, a testament that India can achieve a tough aim successfully. It shows that country works hard for the fulfillment of its goals."

The 100 crore vaccination achievement, according to PM Modi had answered all the questions that were raised on whether the country will be able to afford it, or will the government be able to vaccinate quickly to beat the pandemic, etc.

PM Modi said. "India's vaccine campaign is a living example of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas aur Sabka Prayas'."

As expressed by the Prime Minister, India should be proud of the fact that India's entire vaccination program has been 'science-driven and science-based.

"The world will now see India as safer from Covid, its acceptance as a pharma hub will grow further," added PM Modi.

Further, Modi also stressed the point where he said experts in India and abroad are very positive about India's economy and not only record investment that is coming to Indian companies but new employment opportunities are also being created for the youth.

"Wherever we see there is only optimism now….earlier there were only chants about made in this country, that country, but today everyone is talking about 'Made in India'," he added.

The Prime Minister also requested all the Indian people to celebrate the upcoming festivals with utmost caution. He appealed to all those who have not taken the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine yet should give utmost priority to getting vaccinated.
