Guwahati: Brahmaputra River Flows Above Danger Level

The Brahmaputra River has been flowing above the danger level in Guwahati due to the incessant rain. According to the Central Water Commission, the water is flowing 8 cm above danger level and that the water level is rising by 2 cm per hour.
