The Deputy Commissioner of Police has informed on Friday evening that the Personal Security Officer (PSO) of DCP Traffic Mukut Bania has been suspended with immediate effect in connection to the beating of a differently-abled minor boy on Thursday at Bharalu in Guwahati city.
The order issued stated the Bania of Police Reserve has been suspended for his indiscipline conduct pending departmental inquiry against him. R.I., Police Commissionerate, will put out draft charge, allegation, and alike immediately.
