A group of five youths has started an exceptional initiative by themselves to provide a meal to the public only in Rs 5/- at the Babupatti region in Sivsagar.
Launching a Facebook page named "Rangpur Initiative"; the youths namely Dipjyoti Sarmah, Ramjan Hussain, Karim Ali, Ahmed Hussain, and Akhtar Hussain have shown the responsibility towards society and started the mission of social service to feed the quality meal to the people in very low cost.
Moreover, the service would remain open between 12 pm-3 pm for all. It may be stated that the meal would be completely free for physically challenged people.
The youths told that they have not taken any help to start the mission from anyone. If any people want to help them, they could help only by providing rice, daal, and vegetables, etc, instead of giving money. However, all the people of the region had praised the initiative taken by the youths.
