High Court rejects Rakesh Paul’s bail plea

The Gauhati High Court on Saturday rejected a bail plea of former Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) chairman Rakesh Paul.
He filed the petition against a case of CID no. 27/18.
The court rejected the bail petition of Paul who has been in judicial custody.
He was the prime accused in the infamous 'Cash-for-job scam' in the APSC.
