NRC has become new whipping instrument for Pakistan PrimeMinister Imran Khan as he took to twitter to lash out at Narendra Modi-ledIndian government on Saturday.
Imran Khan talked of "genocide of Muslims by Modigovernment". Pakistan prime minister further connected NRC with Kashmirsaying "illegal occupation of Kashmir is part of a larger strategy againstMuslims".
Imran Khan shared an Indian media report on NRC. The reportmentioned that 41 lakh people are expected to be left out and the final listcame out just days after India scrapped Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
"The reports of the genocide of Muslims in the Indianand international media by the Modi government should raise alarm bells aroundthe world that illegal occupation of Kashmir is part of a larger strategyagainst Muslims," Imran Khan wrote on Twitter.
His stand has been roundly criticized by India and people ofAssam. Imran Khan has no business to be in the affairs of India and the NRC wasachieved by people of Assam not thrust by any government of Assam.
