India and China discuss security and law enforcement cooperation

In the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting of National Security Council Secretaries held in Beijing, India and China has discussed security and law enforcement cooperation between both the countries.  This discussion comes after weeks following an informal summit between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping in Wuhan.

Participating in the Meeting, Deputy National Security Advisor (NSA) Rajinder Khanna held talks with Chinese Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi on Monday.

The Embassy of India in China through twitter said that, "The two sides discussed security and law enforcement cooperation between the two countries after the Wuhan Summit.  Deputy NSA reiterated invitation for Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi to visit India."

A SCO summit is scheduled to be held in Qingdao of China in June.
