India squads for WI tour announced

The Boardof Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday announced Indian squads (ODIs,T20Is and Tests) for the upcoming tour of the West Indies. India will play twoTests, three ODIs and three T20Is during the tour, which will begin with theT20Is series from August 3 to 8. The first two of the T20Is will be played inFlorida, USA.

Interestingly, after former Indian skipper and wicketkeeper-batsman, MS Dhoni made himself "unavailable" for two-months, the MSK Prasad-led selection panel named Rishabh Pant as the first-choice wicketkeeper in all three formats. Also, ODI and T20I vice-captain Rohit Sharma returned to the Test side after December 2018. Pacer Jasprit Bumrah rested for T20Is and ODIs, while Shikhar Dhawan made a comeback after injury.
