Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan on Saturday tested positive for coronavirus. He said that there is no cause of concern. In a tweet, Arif Mohammed Khan requested those who may have come in his contact in the past week to get themselves tested for the infection.
Arif Mohammed Khan tweeted, “I have tested positive for Covid19. But, there is no cause for concern. However, I request all those who had contact with me in New Delhi last week to test for Covid, or be under observation to be on the safe side.”
India on Saturday registered 50,357 new coronavirus cases in a single-day, pushing the country’s tally to over 84.62 lakh, according to the Union health ministry data. With the fresh number of coronavirus infections, India’s tally has climbed to 84,62,081.
