Kokrajhar: 18 Cattle Heads Rescued, 1 Arrested

A total of 18 cattle heads were rescued by police in Kokrajhar's New Panbari area late Friday night.

A team of police, based on specific information, rescued the cattle during an operation conducted in and around Bagribari and New Panbari areas. The cattle were reportedly smuggled from outside the district.

One person was arrested in connection to the case who had been absconding for a long time.
