After the new rules under the amended Motor Vehicle Act came into effect, a fifty-year-old man has recently become an online sensation after pasting all his vehicle-related documents on the helmet. The man has been identified as Rampal Shah of Vadodara and works as an insurance agent. He pasted his driving license, pollution under control (PUC) certificate, Registration Certificate (RC) and insurance policy on his helmet.
