Goalpara Police have arrested three persons for distributing pamphlets containing materials allegedly denigrating Ayodhya verdict. The accused were identified as Amir Hussain, Abdus Sabur, Habibor Rahman.
According to the officers, local residents complained topolice that a group of people, under the banner of Popular front of India,distributed the pamphlets containing remarks against Ayodhya verdict.
Later, the group was taken into custody and a team of police officers conducted a detailed interrogation.
