Along with the HSLC examination results being declared today, results of AHM have also been announced. This results has brought forward that poverty can never be an obstacle for achieving one’s goals.
First, let us see the merit list of the first three ranks:
Setting an example of hard work and that nothing can come stop one from achieving one’s dreams, Abdul Aziz, has been able to secure the 2nd rank with 553 marks.
Aziz, a boy from Athkuriapara village, Sipajhar in the Darrang district of Assam, belongs to a financially weak family. Agriculture being the main profession of this village, it is still waiting for Education, Drinking water, Road and Electricity. Also, medical and health services waits improvement.
Likewise, farming is the sole source of income for Aziz’s family. He could not even afford a tuition which could have helped further in his studies.
With self-study, sheer hard work and determination, Aziz has proved that poverty, lack of facilities can never get on one’s way of achieving their goals.
