Pratibandhi Sangstha demands inquiry into Exam Paper Leak

Pratibandhi Suraksha Sangstha, Assam (PSSA) on Tuesdaystaged a protest dharna in Dispur and submitted a memorandum requesting thepolice to investigate the allegation that its secretary Nripen Malakar hadleaked the question papers of the special recruitment drive forphysically-challenged candidates.

The recruitment drive was conducted on June 9, 2019 under the supervision of the Police Recruitment Board. However, there were allegations in various circles that Malakar had leaked the question papers through the Whats App. This prompted Malakar and his organisation to submit the memorandum so as to get clean chit from the allegation.

In the memorandum, the organisation had accused PurnanandaChangmai, a resident of Lakhimpur district in connection with the case.

"Changmai and his team have been trying to destroy the recruitment process": it added.
