Terrorists on Monday attacked an army vehicle in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
As per reports, an Improvised Explosive Device blast took place in Arihal area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama on Monday afternoon.
The militants have triggered an IED blast when an army vehicle was passing through the village of the Arihal area.
At least 9 army jawans were injured and were rushed to the Army’s 92 base hospital. 3 out of 9 jawans are slated to be serious.
Reports claimed that an army vehicle of 44 Rashtriya Rifle was targeted with an Improvised Explosive Device that was planted beneath the bridge in Arihal area. Soon after the blast, an encounter has started between the army and militants. The vehicle has suffered extensive damage due to blast.
