Quake of 4.6 Magnitude Strikes Mizoram

An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 on the Richter Scale has been recorded near Mizoram's Champai on Sunday morning.

According to the data of National Centre for Seismology the tremors occurred nearby Champai at 7.29 am.

Mizoram have been experiencing frequent tremors in the last few months especially in the district of Champai. The last tremor of magnitude 4.3 was felt on Friday night in Champai.
