Ripun Bora Criticizes Partha Sarathi’s Intimidation to Pratidin Group
Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) President Ripun Bora on Wednesday criticizes Kamrup Superintendent of Police Partha Sarathi Mahanta’s threatening to Sadin-Pratidin Group.
Bora also warned the BJP-led government in the state not to attack the fourth pillar of democracy through the fascist character. He said that all knows well who Partha Sarathi Mahanta is and that he is a near and dear one to the De Facto Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal.
Bora further asserted that the government has no courage to take step against Mahanta and that it is with his consent that syndicate is taking place.
Bora also challenged Sonowal to show zero tolerance by taking action against the syndicate that is taking place in the state.
Talking about the joining of Congress leaders in BJP, Bora said that Bhubaneswar Kalita, Gautam Roy, Santiuse Kujur have gone to BJP but no workers have gone along with them.
He also said that they will show that no Trinamool Congress workers have gone to BJP by organizing rally in the four constituencies within September.
