A deadly accident took place in the wee hours of Friday morning in Sivasagar's Hatighuli region where four persons have lost their lives and another two have been critically injured.
Reportedly, the accident took place after the Gypsy they were traveling in fell down into a gorge because of tire burst.
The deceased have been identified as Prashanta Dutta – a Forest Guard, Bipul Hazarika who is also a forest guard, Nizamuddin Ahmed a contractual employee of Forest Department and Priyam Mech, the driver.
It may be stated that the injured Bablu Hazarika and Ajummudin Ahmed have been admitted at Sivsagar Civil Hospital for better treatment.
