Assamese singer and stage performer Subasana Dutta sustained serious injuries in a road accident. The unfortunate incident took place near Rangiya on Friday morning.
She was accompanied by her manager Sekhar Jyoti Baishya. Reportedly, both of them were rushed to the Excel Care Hospital for treatment.
The accident took place while Subasana Dutta was heading back from Bongaigaon to Guwahati from a cultural function. According to eyewitness, the driver lost control of the vehicle and skidded off the road.
