In a daring step, a youth of Tinsukia is suspected to have become a member of ULFA-I.
The student is a trainee of Sports Authority of India (SAI) Tinsukia.
Reportedly, Homenjyoti Baruah asked leave from SAI to go home. This was followed by he went missing a few days back and everyone thought he went to his native place Panitula in Tinsukia.
He is a member of Matak Jubo Chatro Parishad.
It may be mentioned, Homenjyoti has been missing since October 24.
He asked leave from SAI from October 24 to November 3.
Police are investigating the matter.
