At a time when Assam is ignited with protests against Citizenship Amendment bill, reports of people with suspicious identity entering the state have resurfaced.
10 suspicious people including women have been detained at Mathurapur of Charaideo district.
Locals apprehend the group and hand them over to the police. The group has been caught while trying to take shelter in a rented house.
Police interrogation of the group is still underway.
