The family members of a deceased person named Bikash Hazarika have blamed the death of Hazarika on the authorities of TIMeS Hospital, Tezpur.
The members today surrounded the hospital and made hue and cry while accusing Dr. Manab Bora of taking the patient out of the ICU over non-payment of hospital charges.
