Trump supports Modi on Kashmir being India, Pak’s bilateral issue


With Kashmir issue finding a spot at the G7 Summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reiterated that the matter is completely between India and Pakistan and that the two countries would resolve all issues bilaterally.

The PM on Monday while addressing the media, said that although India and Pakistan has bilateral issues, but both the countries should fight jointly against poverty and work for the betterment of the people of both countries. 

Modi held talks with the US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of G7 summit in Biarritz yesterday during which they discussed various issues.

Talking to media, President Trump said that he agreed with Modi’s opinion of the issues being bilateral between India and Pakistan.
