Fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya was spotted at theOval cricket ground in the UK, while watching the ongoing India-Australia WorldCup 2019 match on Sunday. Mallya's son Siddharth also took to instagram toshare a picture with his father from the Oval.
Refusing to comment on anything regarding the cases against him, Mallya while speaking to media, said, "I am here to watch the game."
In the Rs. 9,000 crore loan default case, a UK court has cleared Mallya's extradition to India. However, the UK High Court will hear Mallya's plea challenging his extradition order on July 2. He had left India in March 2, 2016.
