On Monday, the locals of Palashbari along with All Assam Students Union (AASU) and South Kamrup Women Committee have come out to road demanding punishment of a murderer.
Reportedly, the accused has been identified as Krishna Das who is the prime accused of a murder case of a woman.
The protesters have been alleged that Krishna Das had murdered the woman on 20 August 2019 and now they have been seeking for the judicial process should go under Fast Track court and accused Krishna Das must be punished to hang.
