Withgrowing social media abuse nobody seems to be spared. Once again the target wasAssam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal.
The Goreswar police arrested one Maniruddin Rahman alias Surajit Harsh for allegedly posting an update on social networking site Facebook where he threatened to kill the chief minister. He has been arrested on Thursday.
Theyouth had uploaded an 'objectionable' post against CM Sonowal which read that"Sonowal is a curse to Assam" and threatened to "shoot him if he had a gun".
Theyouth Maniruddin is now in the custody of Goreswar Police. The police arecurrently interrogating him.
